DETAILS
This beautiful lamé tunic comes to us today from the late 1930s. Meant for a glamorous at home boudoir, this bohemian inspired piece is at home in any setting today. It is of a heavy almost crepe like silk/rayon and is woven through with metal thread, then floral printed on top giving the flowers a soft aura. It would have been a full robe originally. It was most likely cut into a more wearable tunic in the late 1960s-70s rock age to be worn by some cool chick with silk velvet pants, long hair, and an interesting texture of necklaces. Style it however you please, this piece in very strong vintage condition will last you for ages.
Decade: 1930s.
